All Applicants must be at least 21 years old or older. There is a $25.00 non-refundable rental application and credit check fee that is due when submitting an application. A Security deposit, First Month's rent, Credit check and signing of the Waiver & Liability Release form is mandatory prior to moving in a rental property. Serious inquiries only please.
